




We are seeking a Consultant to design, configure, and implement Workday payroll integrations, focusing on PECI solutions. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Design and configure Workday payroll integrations centered on PECI\-based solutions * Analyze client payroll requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies * Develop and maintain integration templates, mappings, and transformation logic for PECI files * Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure successful data exchange and troubleshoot integration issues * Perform end\-to\-end testing of payroll integrations including data accuracy validation and reconciliation * Provide technical support and guidance to clients during payroll implementation and post\-go\-live phases * Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support materials * Stay current with Workday updates, PECI enhancements, and payroll best practices * Manage multiple integration projects and deliverables in a fast\-paced environment **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience with Workday payroll integrations specifically PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) * Certified Workday payroll integration expert * Strong understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements * Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related integration tools * Experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and client\-facing skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field preferred * Upper\-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2\) **Nice to have** * Experience working with global payroll vendors and multi\-country payroll integrations **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
