Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized person to manage purchases, optimize processes, and maintain relationships with suppliers in a non-profit organization focused on biodiversity conservation. Key Points: 1. Manage the purchase of materials, supplies, and services. 2. Search for and onboard new suppliers and maintain relationships. 3. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of purchases. We are a non-profit organization founded in 2002 with the objective of working for the conservation of biodiversity. Among their main responsibilities are: Manage the purchase of materials, supplies, and services, following up on requests and deliveries. Manage the search for and onboarding of new suppliers and maintain the relationship with current ones Analyze recurring purchases and their circuits, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, seeking the best price-quality relationship. Prepare management reports. Perform administrative tasks specific to the sector. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Being a student of Engineering or related fields will be valued. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Calipso.
