Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor in heavy mechanics to ensure compliance with maintenance programs and vehicle availability, coordinating resources and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate heavy mechanical maintenance operations. 2. Supervise personnel and ensure service excellence. 3. Plan resources and manage spare parts inventory. At Sertec Environmental Management, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor in heavy mechanics. · Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs, prioritizing repair technique quality and ensuring timely vehicle availability. Plan and coordinate workshop personnel resources to carry out daily operations. Forecast spare parts, services, and machinery requirements, monitor inventory levels, and place orders promptly. Assist mechanics with complex repairs or diagnostics, maintaining continuous progress tracking of all jobs. Supervise, develop, update, and communicate procedures to subordinates, ensuring service excellence. Participate in staff training to ensure continuous skill improvement. · Mandatory Requirements: Completed secondary education; technical training preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. Knowledge of tools and general spare parts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Full-time availability.
