Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality System, managing documentation, handling non-conformities and customer complaints, and planning internal audits. Handling of non-conformities and customer complaints Responsibilities • Implement and maintain the Quality System. • Manage and control Quality System documentation. • Handle non-conformities and follow up on proposed corrective/preventive actions. • Plan internal audits of the Quality System. • Collaborate with Management in personnel selection and recruitment.
