




We are looking for a **Professional Pastry Chef** to coordinate production at a manufacturing plant and a retail pastry shop located in the Pilar area. **Main responsibilities will be:** \- Coordinate production at the manufacturing plant. \- Lead and coordinate tasks of the kitchen team under their responsibility. \- Calculate recipe costs. \- Promote and enforce quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Tertiary or university degree in gastronomy (mandatory) * Proven experience in large-scale production, developed in hotels, catering companies, or events. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of industrial equipment (ovens, mixers, blast chillers, sheeters, etc). Planning ability, organization, attention to detail, and creativity are key competencies that complete the profile.
