We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Construction Supervisor—a key role responsible for leading teams and ensuring the proper execution of our services across various clients and construction sites. Experience managing work crews and supervising construction projects (renovations, commercial premises, offices, new builds) Experience leading maintenance, cleaning, and green space teams Knowledge of construction audit and monitoring Ability to organize teams, shifts, routes, and on-call schedules (including 24-hour maintenance) Problem-solving profile with strong results orientation Valid driver’s license (mandatory) Willingness to travel and cover remote on-call duties We especially value: Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork Customer orientation Stress tolerance and adaptability to dynamic environments Efficient organization and planning What will be your challenges?
