Job Summary: We are seeking Supervisors for the Operations area, with the mission to observe and monitor compliance with commercial and operational policies at points of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical training in quality, BPMA, marketing, and logistics We are a consultancy specialized in operational audits. We are currently seeking SUPERVISORS for our Operations area. Your mission will be to observe, collect data, and monitor compliance with the Company’s established commercial and operational policies and procedures through visits to points of sale. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that the store complies with the processes and procedures defined by the franchisor brand. Prepare audit reports to analyze deviations and propose continuous improvement actions. Adhere to the scheduled visit plan to conduct supervisory activities at retail locations. REQUIREMENTS: • Provide personal information. • Active monotributista status (mandatory). • Personal transportation (mandatory). • Willingness and ability to travel (mandatory). • Completed secondary education (mandatory). • Mid-range or higher smartphone. • Gender: male. • Age: between 30 and 50 years old. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor at points of sale. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, and Internet.
