Supply Analyst for Inputs Location: General Rodríguez Industry: (you may add sector if desired) Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Job Description We are looking for a Supply Analyst for Inputs responsible for ensuring the proper supply of materials and raw materials required for operations, maintaining optimal stock levels and meeting delivery deadlines. The position plays a key role in coordinating Production, Purchasing, and Suppliers, contributing to operational continuity and efficiency of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Plan and ensure supply of inputs according to production plan or projected demand. Track and activate purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and critical materials. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates and agreed terms. Analyze deviations in delivery times or consumption and propose corrective actions. Manage requisitions in ERP system. Prepare supply, fulfillment, and inventory turnover reports. Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing departments. Technical Requirements Experience in procurement, materials planning, or production purchasing. Knowledge of MRP / Materials Requirements Planning. ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle or similar). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
