Job Summary: We are seeking a loading and unloading operator to assist in loading railcars and trucks, integrating into the sector’s full operational activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in loading railcars and trucks 2. Coordinate product with scale and vehicle movement 3. Perform cleaning tasks and other operational support We are currently looking for a loading and unloading operator to join the team of a major company located in Bahía Blanca. Job Objective: Assist in loading railcars and trucks, gaining familiarity with the sector’s full operational procedures. 1. Ensure correct loading of trucks and railcars with finished product 2. Complete the sector’s corresponding records 3. Coordinate the product to be loaded with the scale 4. Perform railcar movement tasks 5. Coordinate truck movement with the driver 6. Perform cleaning tasks in compliance with the corresponding POES checklist 7. Perform any other tasks assigned by the sector supervisor for vacation coverage or other positions Mandatory Requirements: - Proven experience in loading and unloading tasks. - Availability for immediate start, rotating shifts, and overtime as required. - Completed secondary education.
