Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technical Programmer** with experience in planning and scheduling industrial maintenance, focused on resource optimization and continuous improvement of operational processes. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * Education: Electromechanical Technician or related field. Technical English (basic). Knowledge: * SAP management systems (PM/MM modules). * FSM-based programming and scheduling (intermediate level). * Microsoft Office suite. * Power BI (desirable). * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management. * Competencies: Analytical ability; organization and planning; results orientation; teamwork; proactivity and continuous improvement. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring operational continuity of facilities. * Coordinate human resources, materials, and contracted services to guarantee efficient execution of planned work. * Manage alerts, work orders, material reservations, and keep the equipment hierarchy updated in SAP. * Monitor maintenance indicators, generate reports, and track compliance with established programs. * Analyze failures and operational deviations to adjust preventive plans and drive improvement opportunities. * Participate in operational safety management, work permits, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. **Position Information** * Work Location: Dock Sud Terminal and/or La Matanza Dispatch Terminal. * Work Modality: On-site. * Travel Availability: Weekly. * Position Type: Covered under collective bargaining agreement. * Direct Reports: None. * Mandatory Requirement: Category B1 driver’s license.
