Position Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst for the Application Help Desk in the healthcare area, with SQL knowledge and experience in procedure administration, to join a strong team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Join a strong team working on system development. 2. Provide assistance and training to end users on supported solutions. 3. Participate in the implementation of new clients and applications. Functional Analyst for Application Support in the Healthcare Area We require a Functional Analyst for the Application Help Desk in the Healthcare Area with SQL knowledge to join a strong team. We are a leading company developing systems for Social Health Insurance Providers (Obras Sociales) and Private Health Insurance Companies (Prepagas). Candidates must have experience in computerized administration of procedures related to this field, including: Enrollment Process: client portfolio management, contributions, billing, collections, and current accounts. Benefits Administration Process: coverage, providers, agreements, authorizations, provider settlements, and reimbursements. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and interpersonal conduct, active listening ability, strong willingness to collaborate, high empathy, self-management capability, and proactive incident resolution skills. Key tasks include: receiving and analyzing service requests and resolving incidents; tracking pending solutions to maintain response and resolution time standards according to each case’s criticality; executing comprehensive solution implementations to launch services; providing user assistance regarding the use of functions in supported solutions; training end users on operating supported solutions; participating in the implementation of new clients and/or applications.
