Job Summary: We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to handle and resolve incidents and projects, participate in implementations, migrations, and upgrades, research new technologies, and collaborate in training database administrators. Research on new technologies and team training Synchro Technologies S.A., an IT infrastructure solutions consulting firm, is looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to join our team responsible for handling and resolving incidents and projects generated by our clients. Main responsibilities include: . General database administration tasks. . Incident attention and resolution of varying complexity. . Participation in projects requiring implementation, migration, or upgrade of Oracle database engines or other Oracle tools. · Research on new technologies. · Documentation and delivery artifact generation. . Collaboration in training junior database administrators. . Experience with SQL Server database engine is desirable. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in similar roles administering Oracle Database. Desirable: MSSQL and MySQL experience. Strong service orientation, autonomy, teamwork capability, and excellent client interaction skills are mandatory. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM + rotating weekly on-call shifts.
