Task management using Jira and Google Workspace Job Description: We are looking for a Semi-Senior Analyst to join the technology team of a major logistics and e-commerce company, participating in office and operational center opening, expansion, and renovation projects in the city of Santa Fe. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide support in planning and monitoring IT infrastructure projects. * Coordinate the delivery of technological equipment and vendor tracking. * Monitor project costs, timelines, and documentation. * Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical documentation. * Manage tasks using Jira and Google Workspace tools. * Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure project compliance. **Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced student of Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in coordinating or monitoring IT, infrastructure, or engineering projects. * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira and Gantt charts). * Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Meet). * Experience coordinating with vendors and tracking purchases. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, structured cabling, or electronic security. * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to optimize processes. Work Mode: Hybrid in the city of Santa Fe. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00
