This role will focus on the functional implementation, configuration, and support of IBM Maximo, bridging business needs and technical solutions to help clients maximize the value of their asset management programs.** **‍** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * **Support end\-to\-end IBM Maximo implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go\-live.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Contribute to the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into functional specifications.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Provide post\-implementation support: troubleshoot functional issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Analyze existing asset management processes and recommend improvements and best practices within the Maximo platform.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Deliver end\-user training and produce clear, complete documentation including functional specs, test plans, and configuration guides.** -------------------- * **3\+ years of hands\-on IBM Maximo experience in implementation, configuration, or functional support roles.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Solid working knowledge of core Maximo modules: Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, and Preventive Maintenance.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Proven experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).** ------------------------------------------------------ **Nice to Have Skills** ----------------------- * **Background in asset management disciplines such as maintenance engineering,
