Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive commercial advisor for a technology company in the e-commerce sector, responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio, resolving their issues, and proposing action plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and monitor a specific client portfolio. 2. Analyze metrics using SQL to propose action plans for merchants. 3. Grow each client by accompanying them and providing goal-oriented action plans. A leading technology company specializing in e-commerce is looking for a commercial advisor to manage its client portfolio. Requirements and Responsibilities: Advise a specific client portfolio (focused on 1 or 2 industries) and resolve their issues, while also monitoring their progress. Analyze metrics using SQL to propose action plans for various merchants. Analyze profitability metrics generated on the platform. Grow each client by accompanying them and setting deadlines with defined objectives — i.e., provide action plans. Metric interpretation. Ongoing communication with clients. Proactive profile with extensive commercial experience, including management of medium- to long-term client portfolios. · Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Hybrid work mode. -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree. 2 years of experience. Age: between 20 and 35 years old.
