Maintenance Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, managing teams and resources to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 2. Supervise personnel and document maintenance tasks. 3. Manage inventory of supplies and promote safe work practices. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing the impact of maintenance on daily operations. Schedule, assign, and document maintenance tasks to team members or external vendors. Supervise maintenance staff to ensure tasks are performed effectively and within established deadlines. Monitor, count, and maintain inventory of supplies and materials required for maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections and audits of tools, equipment, and vehicle fleet. Prepare, issue, and track work orders. Compile documentation and maintenance reports.
