Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Network Support Analyst to provide advanced IT infrastructure support to corporate clients. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced support in IT infrastructure and general computing. 2. Intervention in server, network, and Microsoft 365 administration. 3. Networking design and implementation. A nationally recognized IT services company with over 30 years of experience is seeking an IT Network Support Analyst to deliver advanced IT infrastructure and general computing support to our clients, either from our offices or “on site” in the AMBA area as required. To achieve this, we require: That you are nearing completion or have advanced in a tertiary-level Systems Analyst program or related field. That you can demonstrate at least three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate environments, including involvement in: Requirements: - Windows on-premise server administration. . - Fortinet administration: VLAN interfaces, SD-WAN, SD-WAN rules, firewall policies, SSL-VPN portal, IPsec tunnels, traffic shaping. - Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Server administration — installation, role configuration, NIC teaming. - Microsoft 365 administration — user ABM, permission management, email accounts, Purview. - Hybrid AD/Azure AD management: Azure AD Connect. - Server, service, networking, link, and storage monitoring, management, and alert creation // (Zabbix, Nagios — a plus). - Networking design and implementation.
