Job Summary We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to comprehensively lead operations for a leading company in the Cosmetics Industry (CABA). We are targeting professionals with degrees in Engineering (Chemical / Industrial and/or related fields). Minimum 5 years of experience leading work teams. Knowledge of production processes (Cosmetics Industry) and logistics. Advanced Office software proficiency. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Quality Management Systems. Residency in CABA / AMBA. Responsibilities: Ensure plant capacity and performance to meet our customers' requirements Monitor and supervise outsourced services. Manage the operational budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
