We’re looking for someone capable of systematizing communications across the entire user journey—with emphasis on experimentation, metrics, and continuous optimization. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and systematize communications for in-app experiences and end-to-end journeys, always considering the user’s overall flow. * Collaborate in building and optimizing complete communication journeys. * Continuously experiment: evaluate metrics, ETR (Estimated Time to Read), CTR of various components, Open Rate, analyze the impact of communications, and conduct flow-level analysis. * Drive cross-selling strategies through communications and relevant features enhancing our users’ in-app experience. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong analytical ability: data processing, metrics interpretation, and systems thinking. * Systemic thinking: ability to see the full flow and understand how each component impacts the user journey. * Proactivity in experimenting, testing, and continuously optimizing. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies. ### **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * Proven experience designing content for in-app experiences and building communication journeys. * Ability to systematize communications and create end-to-end flows. * Experience working with metrics, impact analysis, and experimentation. * Experience using Figma. ### **Nice to Have:** * Portuguese language skills for designing communication experiences for BR and collaborating across multicultural teams. * Experience using generative AI as a supporting tool. **What We Offer:** \\uD83D\\uDCCCTo be part of an industry-leading company. \\uD83D\\uDCCCTo join a team of professionals passionate about travel, technology, and enabling others’ journeys. \\uD83D\\uDCCCTo integrate a team that leverages technology as a vehicle for innovation and opportunity resolution. \\uD83D\\uDCCCThe opportunity to build your own career in a competitive and challenging environment.
