Job Summary: Senior COMEX Representative responsible for monitoring container movements, compiling documentation and information, and controlling external invoicing. Key Highlights: 1. On-site work in CABA This position reports to management and is responsible for: Performing and monitoring specific administrative tasks related to foreign trade container movements (imports and exports). Compiling, controlling, and exchanging documentation and information required for operations among various stakeholders (head office, clients, shipping agencies, customs brokers), ensuring proper compliance with requirements and maintaining both physical and system-based records. Monitoring and reporting (internally and externally) on shipment status and account status. Controlling external invoicing. Collaborating with general office tasks and the work team; maintaining order and organization of work materials, filing systems, personnel files, and records. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in generalist foreign trade positions within SMEs, preferably with foreign trade experience involving accounting support, administrative tasks, and tracking international procedures and formalities. Availability from 8:00 to 17:30. Valued competencies for this position: Order and organization, flexibility and adaptability, autonomy in execution, results orientation, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate/advanced English (B2 certificate) — mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel — mandatory.
