An On-site Technical Support professional to join our team on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during daytime hours. Work Location: Buenos Aires – Aeroparque Work Modality: On-site, SADOFE Working Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM (with possibility of shift rotation and coverage on other days) Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in technical support and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of Hardware (PCs / Laptops), MS Office, MS Windows, Printers, and basic Networking and Telephony concepts. Networking and connectivity knowledge. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. Proactivity and problem-solving skills; organized and self-taught. Analytical and dynamic mindset desirable for resolving first-level incidents. Strong communication and client interaction skills. High technical and behavioral competencies are desirable. Ability to handle high-priority situations. Attitude and capacity to acquire, integrate, and apply new knowledge, as well as share experiences and broaden daily support capabilities. Ensure continuity of tasks and support immediate resolution.
