### **Job Title** HPM \& DXR Field Service Engineer \- ARG ### **Job Description** As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of Philips Healthcare equipment, focusing particularly on **hospital patient monitoring systems and X\-ray equipment** . You will mainly work in Buenos Aires, but you may also travel occasionally to other cities in Argentina. **Your role:** * Perform service activities, including periodic preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault detection, upgrades and installations, in accordance with Philips quality standards. * Ensure the integrity of service reports, paying particular attention to test and inspection results. * Submit service reports, worksheets and other administrative tasks accurately and on time. * Act as a liaison between Philips and customers, handling administrative and technical issues. * Use measurement tools and/or equipment (electronic and analogue) appropriately. * Identify business opportunities that contribute to customer satisfaction and better business for Philips. * Carry out tasks in the Federal Capital and the rest of Argentina. **You're the right fit if:** * Academic training in biomedical/electronic/systems engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in the field, preferably in a hospital environment (clinics and/or hospitals). Experience in clinical engineering or bioengineering services in clinics and hospitals will be valued. * Ability to maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs. * Service\-oriented, with a methodical approach to problem solving. Teamwork? * Computer skills will be valued, basic knowledge of networks, HL7, HIS, server configurations, VPN and Virtual LAN management. * Be available to travel within and outside the country. **How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
