**GenAI Capabilities PMO Analyst** As part of the Capabilities Enablement team, the Project Manager (PM) will play a key role in supporting GenAI initiatives such as Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express, as well as future enablement programs. This role will work with a globally connected team of marketing and technology professionals to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure compliance across enablement efforts. The PM will also support stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and toolkit development to drive adoption and operational excellence. We are looking for a super\-organized PM professional to focus exclusively on GenAI enablement activities within the marketing space. **Responsibilities:** * Provide program and project support for GenAI enablement initiatives (e.g., Firefly, Express). * Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and maintain dashboards (e.g., Monday.com). * Support stakeholder engagement, enablement sessions, and feedback collection. * Assist use\-case leads with adoption, metrics tracking, and toolkit/template development. * Liaise with governance partners (Legal, Data Privacy, InfoSec, CIO) to track compliance requirements. * Prepare draft updates, dashboards, and communications for leadership and internal channels. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification a plus. * 1–4 years of project coordination or program management experience, ideally within marketing, digital, or AI\-driven initiatives. * Advanced English level. **Experience and Skills:** * Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. * Familiarity with GenAI tools and creative workflows (Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Writer AI) preferred. * Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (Monday.com, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment. * Exposure to Agile and traditional project methodologies. * Ability to adapt to new technology at speed and motivate team members through trusted relationships. **Please consider submitting only resumes in English.**
