This position is aimed at professionals with significant experience in the insurance market who wish to further develop their careers in a dynamic, professional environment focused on technical excellence. Responsibilities: * Technical evaluation and analysis of property insurance risks, particularly Comprehensive Commercial, Condominium, Home, and also including experience in lines such as TRO (Third-Party Liability), Technical Insurance, and Civil Liability. * Preparation of quotations and commercial proposals across all business lines. * Smooth interaction with various internal teams across the company. * Optimization and continuous improvement of existing underwriting processes. * Participation in negotiations with internal and external clients. * Contribution to profitability analysis by line of business, supporting strategic decision-making. * Analysis of risk inspections to ensure appropriate underwriting in accordance with established underwriting and technical guidelines. Requirements: * Solid knowledge of property insurance products and summary coverage, as well as familiarity with personal insurance products. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Technical education in insurance (e.g., Insurance Technician qualification) and experience in property and personal insurance lines will be valued. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, in underwriting or related technical roles. **Skills:** Analytics, Continuous Improvement, Decision Making, Insurance, Insurance Products, Internal Customers, Profitability Analytics, Quality Standards, Strategic Decisions, Underwriting
