




**IT Customer Service Representative – Jr/SSR (Ref.106921\) – Buenos Aires / Salta** **Company Overview** Join an international project with a leading company in the mining and energy sector, currently undergoing modernization and support of its production systems! We are looking for an IT Support profile (Junior / Semi-Senior) focused on internal customer service, with technical ability and a proactive attitude to provide solutions in a dynamic and high-demand environment. This position requires 100% on-site work, based in offices in CABA or Salta. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems (remote and on-site). * Resolve hardware and software incidents, including servers, networks, and specific software/brand solutions. * Perform **L1 and L2 level** support, diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware failures. * Configure and set up new laptops, including imaging processes. * Provide basic support for printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android). * Comply with established operational and service procedures, focusing on end-user experience. #### **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * + Previous experience in IT infrastructure technical support. + Proficiency in **Windows 10** and **Microsoft Office**. + Customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (B2\). #### **Desirable Skills:** * Knowledge of other languages (bilingualism is an advantage). * Prior experience in global corporate environments. #### **Project Environment and Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. * Duration: 4 months, with possibility of extension. * International project within a globally impactful leading company. * Work mode: **100% on-site**. * Location: **Buenos Aires** or **Salta** #### **How to Apply: Software Engineering Application Automation Opportunity** Apply through our online portal to submit your application and tell us about your automation experience!
