




Mediaverse is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join its team. The person in this role will be key in coordinating creative projects—primarily video production—from concept to final delivery. They will focus strongly on managing remote productions, acting as the point of contact between clients, external vendors, and internal teams. The role involves translating complex briefs into clear and actionable workflows, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the company's quality standards. Additionally, while the main focus will be video, there will also be opportunities to participate in other creative projects such as social media content, event materials, product launch assets, and other multimedia formats. **Responsibilities** * Translate creative briefs and business objectives into project plans, workflows, and detailed production guides. * Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track. * Manage all pre-production logistics: schedules, resources, task assignments, and team briefings. * Develop and write scripts, transforming technical or complex information into clear and engaging narratives. * Manage internal approvals (stakeholders, legal, brand) within appropriate timeframes. * Act as the liaison between clients, external production companies, and internal creative teams, maintaining smooth communication. * Coordinate and supervise the entire lifecycle of video projects, with a focus on remote productions. * Ensure quality control throughout every stage of the production process. * Provide support on other creative projects when necessary (social media content, event assets, etc.). **Requirements** * Proven experience in project management within audiovisual or creative production. * In-depth knowledge of the complete production process: creative development, pre-production, filming, and post-production. * Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills across all levels. * Solid storytelling and scriptwriting skills. * Problem-solving profile, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations. * Experience leading internal and external teams. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Bilingual English and Spanish (mandatory).
