Job Summary: We are seeking a Conditioning Operator to execute, operate, and control setup, labeling, coding, blistering, filling, cartoning, and inspection of solid products. Monitor, record, and document materials, supplies, and processes (PAPT, LDCH, FOGL, and forms), including monitoring and verifying processes. Operate, disassemble, clean, and monitor conditioning equipment and areas. Identify, document, and manage deviations during production. Assist and participate in validation of equipment and production processes. Comply with and implement regulations, standards, and ensure adherence to GMP and EHS guidelines. Participate in, conduct, and support internal and external audits. Implement, improve, and optimize Operational Excellence tools. Train, coach, and contribute to continuous improvement and evolution of processes. Requirements: Experience in similar positions for more than 6 months, having operated under GMP standards, managed production lines, and handled documentation. We seek candidates with a completed secondary school diploma or technical secondary education. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 22:00 hrs. Work location: Saavedra (CABA).
