We seek an Accounting Analyst eager to help build the department from within—with real autonomy and a hands-on approach to daily operations. What will you do? Invoice processing and general administrative accounting tasks. Check control and bank reconciliations. Calculation of VAT, withholdings, and income tax withholdings. Coordination with our external accounting firm. Support during audits when required. We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed accountant (or about to be licensed) with 2–4 years of experience. Handles daily accounting and tax-related tasks confidently. Is proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented: at MTL, we value those who propose—not just those who execute. Uses AI tools to work more effectively and efficiently (or is highly motivated to learn how). Bonus points: Experience with Virtual Seller (or a similar ERP/management system).
