Among these talents, we’re looking for a **Power Platform Developer**. *Purpose:* * Design and develop automated flows in Power Automate. * Design, configure, and evolve agents in Copilot Studio. * Translate functional requirements into low-code technical solutions. * Integrate data sources, connectors, and processes within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Participate in functional testing, validations, and evolutionary improvements. * Document flows, agents, configurations, and support criteria. * Collaborate with functional leads and PMs to understand business needs. * Promote best practices in development, traceability, and maintainability. * Support user acceptance testing and controlled environment transitions. **IMPORTANT:** **4x1 Work Model in Capital Federal** *Specifically, what we’re looking for:* Experience in: Mandatory Requirements * Academic background in computer science or related fields. * Certifications relevant to this role. * Proven experience with Power Automate solutions. * Proven experience with Copilot Studio. * Ability to technically document developed solutions. * Strong understanding of business logic, automation, and user experience. * Autonomy to lead end-to-end initiatives with limited supervision. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience in industrial companies. * Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, connectors, and the M365 ecosystem. * Experience in document automation / RPA / integrations. * Experience with prompts, conversational agents, and AI use cases. * Knowledge of dashboards / analytics / Power BI.
