The mission of this position is to ensure operational continuity, accelerate digital transformation, and lead teams within a high-speed, mass-consumption environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with regional growth objectives. * Management: Coordinate infrastructure, support, and systems for local offices and other LATAM operations. * Digital Transformation: Lead implementation of solutions (ERP, Data Analytics, E\-commerce) that optimize the value chain. * Budget Management: Administer OPEX and CAPEX for the area, ensuring efficiency in technology investment. * Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with local and international regulations. * Vendor Management: Negotiate and oversee agreements with strategic hardware and software partners. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Business will be highly valued. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in managerial roles leading IT departments, preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Retail companies. * Technical Knowledge: Solid experience in ERP management (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Agile methodologies. * Language: English. * Soft Skills: Strong leadership ability, resilience, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
