Position Summary: The Procurement Analyst will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for non-production materials and services, negotiating effectively and handling sensitive information. To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. **What will you do as a Procurement Analyst at Sealed Air?** ------------------------------------------------------ As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle for non-production materials and services, ensuring agile response times, effective negotiations, and appropriate handling of sensitive information. You will interact directly with local suppliers, internal departments, and multiple administrative processes integrated with SAP.**Why do we need you?** ---------------------------- * Manage the full procurement process: receipt of requisitions, request for quotations, proposal comparison, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders. * Track purchase orders through to correct delivery, ensuring timeliness and agreement compliance. * Maintain continuous communication with service and indirect material suppliers. * Update supplier databases, price lists, and purchasing parameters in SAP. * Identify and execute cost-saving and optimization initiatives that drive operational improvements. * Safeguard sensitive information related to contracts, pricing, and commercial strategies. * Act swiftly, judiciously, and autonomously in an environment requiring timely decisions. **What do you need to succeed?** ------------------------------------ * Procurement experience. * Supplier negotiation experience. * Knowledge of SAP or similar systems (desirable). * Advanced Excel skills. * Basic/intermediate English.
