Strategic planning and problem solving Warehouse Manager Company located in Lanús Este (South Zone) seeks a Warehouse Manager with at least three years of experience managing warehouse operations, personnel, and logistics. We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our team. · WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Graduates in Logistics or related fields. Proven experience managing warehouses or distribution centers (minimum 3 years). Experience leading teams. Organization and planning skills. Strong time management and goal achievement capabilities. Problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems. Inventory management, goods receipt, dispatch, and merchandise control. Residence in the South Zone. What will you do on a daily basis? Coordinate and supervise the warehouse team (operators, supervisors, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and hygiene regulations. Supervise product receipt, verifying quantity and condition. Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch. Participate in periodic physical inventories and system reconciliations. Generate stock, inventory, and productivity reports. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency. Monitor equipment condition and maintenance (machines, forklifts, shelving, etc.). Plan product receipt and delivery in coordination with other departments (purchasing, sales, logistics).
