Position Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets, while guaranteeing quality and on-site safety. Profile and Key Requirements: Education: Civil Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Master Builder (MMO). Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Site Manager roles, specifically in industrial or infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge: Advanced ability to read civil and electromechanical drawings, interpret technical specifications, and understand certification methods. Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and management tools (ERP).
