You will accompany our customers throughout the entire process of equipment installation, startup, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Your work will be critical to ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of our technical processes. **Why do we need you?** ---------------------------- * To provide technical support during pre-installation and layout planning at customer facilities. * To coordinate shipment and installation of purchased equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * To train customer personnel on equipment operation and preventive maintenance. * To deliver post-sales technical service, guaranteeing immediate response to equipment failures or downtime. * To perform repairs and maintenance both on-site and at the plant, as required. * To advise customers on new packaging technologies and opportunities for continuous improvement. * To collaborate with internal teams to optimize automation processes and technical support. **What skills will you need to succeed?** -------------------------------------------------- * Electromechanical Technician or Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or automation of industrial machinery. * Knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and automation systems. * Experience using SAP and digital tools for maintenance or service management. * Intermediate or advanced English (spoken and written). * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
