




Position Summary: We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead, develop, and promote commercial strategies, ensuring operational fluency and financial control across the distributor network. Ensure commercial and operational fluency of the business WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ENTRE RÍOS** You will be responsible for the following locations: Villaguay, Gualeguaychú, Concepción del Uruguay, Concordia, and Colón. Main responsibilities include: * Lead and support the professional development of the ATC team in the field. * Define objectives and monitor their achievement. * Develop and promote commercial strategies across regional distributor networks. * Ensure distribution channel presence in the region, guaranteeing commercial and operational fluency of the business. * Monitor credit lines and payments from regional distributors/direct accounts. * Identify high-potential candidates and propose new team members. * Coordinate delivery tasks with the Logistics Department. * Conduct monthly commercial meetings with the work team. * Prepare management reports and sales planning. Requirements: * University degree in technical/agronomic fields * Commercial training (Sales, Marketing and/or Negotiation) * Experience in leadership, motivation, and coaching * Proficiency in computer tools
