We are committed to building a client\-centric, human\-focused collections culture and are seeking a skilled Debt Collection Manager to lead our Argentina team. **What you’ll do** * Design and execute soft and hard collection strategies, including customer segmentation to determine the optimal channel, time, and frequency of contact (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, email) * Lead the development, execution, and performance tracking of collection strategies in collaboration with Risk, AI/data science, and Product teams * Build and manage the local collections team: recruitment, onboarding, training, KPI setting, and motivational programs * Own collections KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly) such as contact rate, PTP rate, PTP conversion, cure rates, and liquidation, driving the team to \- meet portfolio targets * Oversee daily/weekly account allocation, shift planning, and reporting to senior management * Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising recovery performance * Automate and enhance debt recovery processes; coordinate with IT to implement operational improvements in the CMS * Manage the transfer of debt portfolios to external collection agencies when in\-house recovery is exhausted * Develop content strategy for collection tools: scripts, SMS, IVR, and emails * Foster an empathetic, human\-centered collections culture aligned with Aventus’s client\-centric approach **What we’re looking for** * 5\+ years of experience in B2C collections, preferably in online lending, including team leadership or managerial responsibilities * Strong knowledge of collections strategies, KPIs, and process automation * Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast\-paced, results\-driven environment * Fluent in English * Strong analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills **What you’ll get** * Competitive salary \+ performance\-based bonus * 3 weeks of paid holidays * Opportunity to work with an international, high\-performing team * Career development, training, and skill enhancement * Supportive, dynamic, and human\-focused work environment Join us on the journey of creating fintech history around the world We’d love to hear from you: olga.kandratsenia@aventusgroup.com Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
