Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers. Align design priorities with business goals and product roadmaps. **Design Execution:** Drive the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity visuals. Ensure consistency through design systems, brand standards, and accessibility best practices. Oversee usability testing and incorporate feedback into product iterations. **Collaboration \& Delivery:** Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver user\-centered solutions. Advocate for design\-led thinking across the organization. Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews. **Innovation \& Quality:** Stay ahead of UX trends, tools, and technologies. Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices. Elevate the overall design culture and maturity within the team. Requirements **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human\-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience). **Experience:** 8\+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing end\-to\-end design work across web and mobile Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision . Experience with user research, usability testing, and data\-driven design . Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) . Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines. Strong problem\-solving mindset with a passion for user advocacy. Experience working with enterprise\-scale or SaaS products. Exposure to front\-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers. Knowledge of motion design, service design, or design thinking facilitation. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Ability to influence at both strategic and tactical levels. 8 years
