




Summary: Verto is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program and Administrative Assistant to maintain smooth daily operations and provide critical administrative support to academic and student success programs. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Buenos Aires. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, providing a welcoming presence at reception, and offering critical administrative support to our academic and student success programs. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, adaptable, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. This is a **Part\-Time role for the 15 week Spring Semester.** Key Responsibilities Reception and Front Desk Support * Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk for Monday\-Thursday, 4\-5 hours each day, greeting students, staff, faculty, and visitors. * Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries. * Provide basic information and directional assistance to students and guests. * Maintain the neatness and organization of the reception area. Administrative Program Support * Provide general administrative assistance to the program team as needed, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation. * Assist with logistical coordination for program activities, field trips, and faculty needs. * Manage and track office supplies inventory, initiating orders when necessary. * Support the compilation and distribution of program materials for students and staff. Student Success and Marketing Support * Collaborate with the Student Success team to develop and prepare marketing materials for student events, workshops, and activities (e.g., flyers, digital announcements, sign\-up sheets). * Assist in setting up and taking down materials for student events. Qualifications Required * Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). * Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent G Suite applications. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Preferred * Experience working in an educational or international context. * Familiarity with graphic design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing) is a plus.
