We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where creativity and innovation thrive. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices * Create concept pages, the scope of work documents, and time estimates * Create custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components * Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness * Implement and customize third\-party integrations * Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements * Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a WordPress Website Designer \& Developer * Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom, email, and Trello boards in English * Ability to manage junior website developers * Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP * Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins * Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization * Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation * Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git * Excellent problem\-solving and debugging skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality work **Additional Details:** * Location: Full\-time position (40 hours/week) with a long\-term US\-based company. * Off\-shore applicants are encouraged to apply.
