




Job Summary: This role focuses on active portfolio management, business expansion, strategic evolution, and internal coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Active portfolio management and customer satisfaction 2. Business expansion and strategic product evolution 3. Internal coordination to ensure service excellence Active portfolio tracking: ensure continued usage, resolve friction points, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Customer metrics management: measure NPS, CHURN, USABILITY, and USAGE. Business expansion in active accounts: identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Strategic business evolution: collaborate with Management on continuous customer feedback to improve current products and processes. Participate in weekly meetings to track departmental topics and objectives. Create a meeting agenda to proactively manage the tool with active customers. Internal coordination: facilitate meetings among Sales, Customer, Product, and Support teams to ensure service excellence when required. Create necessary tickets to report associated quality issues. Track them and comply with established SLAs.
