Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Architect to lead the technical definition, design, and management of development projects, ensuring quality and full lifecycle delivery of solutions. We are looking for a **Software Architect** to join an important technology client — a company specializing in custom technological solutions: mobile applications, digital marketing, data analysis, infrastructure, and business applications. **Hybrid model (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) \| Offices located in Microcentro** **Monday to Friday \| 9 AM to 6 PM** **Job Responsibilities:** * **Technical Definition**: Responsible for defining, designing, and establishing technical standards (platforms, tools, programming) for development projects. * **Quality Assurance**: Make decisions to ensure system performance, flexibility, maintainability, robustness, and reusability. * **Full Lifecycle Management**: Execute, implement, maintain, and enhance developed software solutions. * **Cloud Management**: Design cloud architectures, estimate service costs, and development timelines. * **Leadership and Communication**: Manage projects, report progress to leadership, and facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Academic Background** * University degree in Computer Science or related fields. **Experience** * 5+ years of software development experience. * 2+ years of experience as a **Software Architect**. * Experience managing and leading technology projects. **Technical Knowledge** * Software architectures: **microservices and hexagonal architecture**. * Programming paradigms, design patterns, and system design. * Programming languages: **Node.js** (mandatory), Python and PHP (preferred). * Databases: **SQL and NoSQL**. * Experience with **Cloud architectures** (preferably AWS). * Knowledge of **functional analysis**. * Experience working with **Agile methodologies**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with product development methodologies (e.g., Lean). * Experience implementing **data-oriented systems**. * Knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning**. **Competencies** * Strong client relationship management skills. * Functional analysis capability. * Accurate interpretation of requirements. * Planning and organizational skills. * Team collaboration. **Offer Includes:** \* Hybrid work model. \* Health insurance coverage (Swiss Medical). \* Competitive salary package. \* Salary adjustments aligned with market conditions.
