Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** We are seeking a Drilling Operations Manager to effectively lead and manage drilling activities from an intelligent remote control center, ensuring maximum operational efficiency, as well as the integrity of personnel, facilities, and operations. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Execute the Well Operational Program through the Company Representative On-Site to ensure Optimization of Execution. * Monitor and implement the Daily Operations Plan. * Be accountable for performance and decisions during flat-phase operations, aiming to maximize efficiency and reduce NPT. * Define operational parameters to maximize efficiency and reduce NPT. * Plan and coordinate field operations execution, ensuring compliance with the well program, overseeing budgeted cost efficiency, and addressing the specific needs and particularities of each operation. * Define Unplanned Operations within the Program. * Establish resource priorities for critical operations across drilling teams. * Achieve and maintain consistency in applying standardized processes. * Manage assigned human resources by planning and supervising People & Culture processes to enable individual professional development, team growth, and consolidation of shared knowledge. **What Do We Value?** * **Academic Background**: Engineer (Petroleum, Drilling, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields). * **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in Drilling Operations, preferably with leadership experience. * Availability for rotational work schedules. * **Required Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of Unconventional Drilling Operations. * Familiarity with Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and Directional Drilling. * Well Control Certification at Supervisor Level. * Proficiency with Real-Time Software (e.g., Pason / Corva / Simulators), Open Wells, and PBi Dashboards. **Position Information** * **Work Location:** YPF Tower, Puerto Madero * **Schedule:** Rotational 12-hour shifts | 7x7 | rotational If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Embraces challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment based on empathy, active listening, and respect.
