This professional will support a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO and C\-level executives’ ability to effectively lead the organization. The ideal candidate for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior management. **Core Responsibilities** * Manage professional and personal scheduling for the management team, including agendas, email, calls, business travel, and client management. * Support meetings by drafting agendas, gathering information, preparing presentations, and organizing refreshments if needed. * Forwarding or replying to emails and correspondence addressed to C\-level executives. * Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior leadership. * Coordinate all travel needs for company employees and ensure that travel arrangements are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. * Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business. * Support the execution of marketing and branding efforts, including content creation, social media, and event coordination. **Requirements** * Proven experience supporting C\-level or senior executives * Advanced English, written and spoken * Strong calendar and travel management skills * Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) **Nice to have** * Fluency in Portuguese * Experience in a Telecom company * Experience with additional corporate tools (Concur, Slack, travel platforms, CRM, etc.) **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with senior technical roles in the region * Opportunity to influence software quality standards across the organization * Strong engineering culture focused on ownership, automation, and continuous improvement * Collaborative, multicultural, execution\-driven environment * A critical role in a fast\-growing digital infrastructure company operating across Latin America **Note: Please submit your resume in English.**
