Therefore, we seek to add a Data Support Agent to our team to help guarantee that our clients' information is correctly loaded, validated, and operational within our platform. The **Data Support Agent** will play a key role within the team, responsible for data loading, management, and validation, as well as activating platform features according to each client’s needs. This is a highly operational position, execution-focused with high standards of quality and accuracy. We seek an organized, methodical, and solution-oriented profile, with strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, structure, and **load client-provided information onto the platform.** * Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy prior to implementation. * Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the information. * Activate and configure platform features (reports, dashboards, integrations, among others). * Ensure configurations are operational and ready for client use. * Manage hourly tasks, logging time invested per defined agreements. * Prioritize requests based on urgency and complexity, in coordination with the team. * **Maintain clear communication with Customer Success** to align requirements and expectations. * Notify deviations, inconsistencies, or data issues, proposing solutions where possible. * Document data loading and configuration processes to ensure traceability. * Adhere to quality, security, and confidentiality standards in data handling. * Minimum of **2 years of professional experience in data entry, technical support, or data management roles.** * Proficiency with databases and spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets). * **Attention to detail and high level of accuracy** in data-related work. * Ability to **organize, prioritize, and manage hourly tasks**. * Capacity to follow processes and technical guidelines. * Strong communication skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing (valued). * Experience with bulk data loading tools or data platforms (valued). * English and/or Portuguese (valued). **Work Modality** * **Modality:** Hybrid * **Location:** Montevideo or nearby areas, Uruguay Benefits: * We value your time outside of work: you’ll have full flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you meet the goals of each project you participate in. * Your birthday is special to us — our gift is a paid day off so you can enjoy it however you like. * Ongoing training to support your continued professional growth through complementary studies. * We are a multicultural team composed of people from 12 different nationalities.
