In this role, you will join a team of experienced professionals responsible for developing and maintaining various platforms and solutions using multiple technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the implementation process of proprietary or third-party solutions—from initial requirements gathering through field deployment. * Provide support for STECHS-developed OSS software solutions. * Support customers for third-party solutions/equipment marketed by STECHS (e.g., DOCSIS/GPON access equipment, CPEs—CM, ONT, STB—video equipment, routers, etc.). * Collaborate with specialists across departments on the evolution and development of proprietary OSS solutions. * Design and co-build the assigned solution/product with an E2E perspective alongside the team. * Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in creating and refining the product backlog. * Actively participate in backlog planning. * Lead research, design, prototyping, and other solution design-related activities—including product evolution and improvement. * Conduct requirements gathering, architecture definition, component specification, integration with third-party systems, installation, commissioning, documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution deployment for each client. * Maintain up-to-date public documentation, internal documentation, and deployment-specific documentation across all clients. * Ensure delivery quality—minimizing errors, performing integration testing, generating required documentation, training clients, etc. **Job Requirements:** * General knowledge of access networks and telecommunications service provider services. * Knowledge of data network design, operation, and capacity management across components, layers, and technologies such as: DOCSIS, GPON/EPON, Ethernet, IP, WIFI. * General knowledge and experience in Unix system administration.
