About the position **Technical Skills*** Knowledge of more than one programming paradigm, e.g., OOP \+ Functional. * Experience applying refactoring techniques (knowledge of the refactoring catalog). * Experience developing with multiple programming languages and frameworks. * Experience defining architectures or improving existing ones (Clean Architecture). * Experience using concurrency and parallelism. * Full (or near full) keyboard\-based IDE usage; touch typing. Strong command of development tools. * Experience with scripts to automate repetitive processes. * Experience developing high\-performance, data\-intensive applications. * Ability to identify risks and proactively define action plans to mitigate them. * Ability to work effectively with legacy code. * Extensive experience implementing solutions using advanced design patterns. * Experience interacting with infrastructure and web servers; understanding how Internet protocols work (DNS, IP, HTTP, HTTPS). * Experience implementing security best practices (OWASP Top 10\). * Writes high\-performance code without critical or medium issues when working on non\-legacy code. * Excellent command of CI/CD and Unit Testing. **Soft Skills*** Able to present and justify their work to clients and stakeholders independently. * Strong analytical and synthesis skills to solve complex problems. * Versatility and flexibility to adapt to change. * Active participation in defining processes and methodologies. * Ability to conduct interviews and assess seniority levels. * Mentors developers with lower seniority. * Efficient decision\-making when resolving critical problems, balancing elegance and practicality (pragmatic approach). * Strong teamwork skills, sharing information and knowledge while considering end users. * Ability to work independently. * Experience leading projects end to end (client communication, team leadership, and issue management).
