Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Architect to define, design, and establish technical standards for projects, ensuring quality while leading the implementation and improvement of solutions. Experience in software architectures and agile methodologies We are looking for a **Software Architect** to join an important technology client on a permanent employment basis, specializing in custom technology solutions: mobile applications, digital marketing, data analysis, infrastructure, and management applications. **Hybrid work model (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) \| Offices located in Microcentro** **Monday to Friday \| 9 AM to 6 PM** **Job Responsibilities:** * **Technical definition**: Responsible for defining, designing, and establishing technical standards (platforms, tools, and programming) for development projects. * **Quality assurance**: Make decisions to ensure system performance, flexibility, maintainability, robustness, and reusability. * **Full lifecycle management**: Execute, implement, maintain, and improve developed software solutions. * **Cloud management**: Design cloud architectures, calculate service costs, and estimate development timelines. * **Leadership and communication**: Manage projects, report progress to management, and facilitate communication among development teams and stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Academic background** * University degree in Computer Science or related fields. **Experience** * +5 years of experience in software development. * +2 years of experience as a **Software Architect**. * Experience in managing and leading technology projects. **Technical knowledge** * Software architectures: **microservices and hexagonal architecture**. * Programming paradigms, design patterns, and system design. * Programming languages: **Node.js** (mandatory), Python and PHP (desirable). * Databases: **SQL and NoSQL**. * Experience with **cloud architectures** (preferably AWS). * Knowledge of **functional analysis**. * Experience working with **agile methodologies**. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g., Lean). * Experience implementing data-oriented systems. * Knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning**. **Competencies** * Strong client relationship management skills. * Functional analysis capability. * Strong requirement interpretation skills. * Planning and organizational skills. * Teamwork. **We offer:** \* Hybrid work model. \* Health insurance coverage (Swiss Medical) \* Competitive salary package. \* Salary adjustments aligned with market conditions.
