PedidosYa Market is the first fully digital marketplace delivering food and household goods within 10 minutes of order placement, with user experience at the core of our business success. It consists of a network of strategically located, customer-access-restricted facilities dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have opportunities for you! We’re currently hiring Part-Time Pickers for our Munro market. What challenges await you? Perform order picking (order assembly) and packaging, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packaging procedures, without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise while complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register all transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system. Verify and control that received merchandise matches purchase orders. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damages, etc.). Stock and label products on racks in an orderly manner. Suggest improvements to product arrangement that enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities and keep costs below target. Carry out daily tasks with limited supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and demand patterns for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in order payment and handover to riders.
