Required Competencies: * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to work in hybrid environments and on complex projects. * Effective communication and teamwork. Academic Level: * Advanced university student or graduate. Work Modality and Schedule: Work Arrangement: Predominantly remote work with reduced onsite presence. Office attendance is required once per month. Initially, greater onsite presence may be requested for team integration and work modality coordination.
