Job Summary: We are seeking a Laravel + React Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development of robust and scalable web applications, working in agile and dynamic environments. We are looking for a **Laravel + React Full Stack Developer** to join a leading technology company on a permanent employment basis. **Hybrid model (4 days remote + 1 day onsite) | Offices located in the Northern Zone** **Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM** The main challenge will be contributing to the development of robust and scalable web applications, working both on the backend and frontend. **In addition, you will:** * Collaborate in an agile environment: Actively participate in a team using agile methodologies, adapting to changing priorities and delivering value iteratively. * Question and understand: Do not settle for the initial task definition; instead, probe to understand the purpose behind each assigned feature or solution. This role is ideal for someone who not only focuses on writing code but also wants to understand the impact of their work on the business and end users. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. * Solid experience with PHP and Laravel for backend development. * Advanced knowledge of React for frontend development. * Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and their integration with Laravel. * Experience consuming and building RESTful APIs. * Knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows (GitFlow, Pull Requests, etc.). * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. * Natural curiosity and willingness to ask uncomfortable questions that help clarify the purpose behind tasks. * Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical. **Desirable** * Knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments. * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). * Familiarity with automated testing (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.). * Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.). * Experience optimizing web application performance **Benefits:** + Permanent employment contract + Swiss Medical health insurance + Periodic salary adjustments + Stable, long-term employment Employment type: Full-time Experience: * Full Stack: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: Hybrid in Vicente López, Buenos Aires
